There are 3 separate applicators for each modality. The fat burning paddles sound a little like a little piglet and feel comfortably warm, The skin tightening paddles feel like a deeper heat - a hot stone massage and the muscle toner is best started slowly with intensity building over the course of the treatment.
Some people swear that they can see a difference even after one treatment (or even during the first treatment like one of our test subjects thighs and knees) but generally 4-6 treatments are needed to get maximal effects. The treatment takes about 20-30 minutes and maintenance treatments are recommended for best results.
